Hi, my name is Joe Imperato. I work in oil, pastel and acrylic. I have taken various art classes since graduating from Art Center College of Design.  I've studied with Donald Putnam, Darwin Duncan, Charlotte Von Troesch, Ryo Terasaki, Terry Dew, Tom Anderson and Wanda Dengler.  I have received the Mayor's Award in Cypress California and several awards from our association's contests including Best of Show, Extravaganza '99 and Grumbacher Gold Medallion.
